No Kings Day
Online Community Meditation
On October 18, people across the country will gather in peaceful protest—standing against the corruption, cruelty, and rising tide of hate that threaten our democracy and shared humanity.
Some of us want to stand with them in the streets but cannot, for many real and valid reasons.
This free online meditation offers another way to join the movement. Together, we’ll steady our minds, strengthen our resolve, and root ourselves in the principles of equality, compassion, and nonviolence. In a world that often answers fear with more fear, we’ll practice the radical act of presence—and send that steadiness outward in support of all who are working for justice and peace.
