Through somatic yoga, we’ll explore meditative movement and inner listening as pathways to reconnect with the body’s quieter wisdom and release deeper patterns of tension.
Somatic practices invite us to bring care to the parts of ourselves that may have been overworked, overlooked, or held in stillness.
