In this session, we’ll explore the ancient yogic concept of Pratibhā — the inner spark of wisdom and creativity that arises to lead us forward when we slow down and listen. We’ll then weave that teaching into a reflective practice that includes poetry, breath-guided movement, and soothing restorative shapes. You’ll be guided to remember your sweetest dreams for all the next things life has in store for you. With a quiet yet powerful intention formulated, you’ll move into a deeply nourishing and restful Yoga Nidra session where you can plant your intention in the fertile and receptive ground of your most relaxed self.
