Beginning on the mat with gentle somatic exploration, we’ll awaken subtle awareness through internal and external hip rotation, breath-synchronized core engagement, and tactile connection to the body’s rhythms.
Guided with steadiness and clarity, the sequence gradually builds from lying to kneeling to standing, weaving in spinal articulation, hip and back mobility, and functional strength.
