Between Two Waves is a Yoga Nidra Mini-Retreat offering refuge in a powerful pause.
Life arrives in waves—headlines, responsibilities, emotions, demands. Rarely do we pause long enough to feel what lives in between. This evening invites you to step out of constant response and into a slower, steadier rhythm.
We’ll begin with gentle, mat-based movement to release physical tension and help the body settle. From there, you’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice designed to support you in creating a simple, compassionate self-care plan for the remainder of the winter.
The evening will conclude with a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice—an extended period of guided, conscious rest drawing on the imagery of water and breath. From this place of deep rest, clarity and renewal often arise—not through effort, but through allowing.
You’ll be supported throughout with clear guidance and spacious pacing. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to lie down and let the next wave wait.
Come rest in the stillness between what has been and what comes next.
Bring your coziest blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel supported. Come ready to soften, slow down, and rest in the powerful pause between what has been and what comes next.
Yoga Nidra is one of the most deeply restorative practices yoga has to offer—and yet it’s beautifully accessible. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, this practice meets you where you are, inviting you to soften, listen, and be gently restored.
You’ll receive an audio recording of the Yoga Nidra session to keep forever, so you can return to this place of rest whenever you need it.
