The Long Exhale: A Six-Week Restoration

A 6-Week Sunday Series with Serena Roschman and Adam Grossi

A series for the over-thinking, the over-giving, the holding-too-much.

Six Sundays. Six landscapes of rest. One long exhale.

What if rest were a practice, not a recovery — something you cultivate, not something you collapse into?

This six-week series moves through six archetypal landscapes drawn from Kim Krans' work: The Dead End, The Empty Room, The Poet, The Riddle, The River, and The Nectar. Each opens a different doorway into rest. Together, they form an arc — from impasse to sweetness.

Every session is built around the week's archetype, moving us from gathering into deep rest:

Lounge time — tea, conversation, and the warmth of caring connection that deepens across the weeks — Gentle movement — a restorative practice shaped by the archetype — Reflection on the archetype — journaling or letter writing to enter the week's landscape — Yoga nidra — a full guided rest, uniquely crafted for the week's archetype

Poetry, mantra, and song are threaded throughout.

Each session prepares the ground for the next. Registration is for all six Sundays.

Sliding scale pricing

$80 supported (for those who need extra financial support)

$120 sustaining (reflects the true cost of offering the session and sustains the studio)

$160 nourishing (enables us to offer financial support that allows for broader access)

Pricing is for all 6 weeks. Simply register for the first week, and we’ll take care of getting you fully registered on our end.
