The Long Exhale: A Six-Week Restoration
A series for the over-thinking, the over-giving, the holding-too-much.
This six-week series moves through six archetypal landscapes: The Dead End, The Empty Room, The Poet, The Riddle, The River, and The Nectar. Each opens a different doorway into rest. Together, they form an arc — from impasse to sweetness.
Every session is built around the week's archetype, moving us from gathering into deep rest and includes: Discussion, restorative movement, and a yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation) specially crafted for the week’s archetype.
Tending Your Energy: Contemplative Practices for Restoration and Discernment
This is not a series about doing more or optimizing yourself. It's an invitation to tend what sustains you - and to trust that you already know, somewhere beneath the noise, what you need.
The Courage to Start Again: Exploring the Archetype of Ganesha
In this four-week series, we will take a philosophical and experiential approach to immersing ourselves in the world of Ganesha. Together we will explore his iconography and stories, look at the history of his presence across a wide range of traditions, and learn about Tantric approaches to practicing with his energy.
Each session will include somatic and meditative practices designed to help us sense and invoke the qualities Ganesha represents — clarity, courage, protection, and the opening of new pathways.
Pratibhā: The Light That Leads You Onward | 4 Week Online Series
There is a kind of knowledge that doesn’t come from thinking harder.
In yoga philosophy, pratibhā names an inner knowing — a flash of insight that often arrives when we stop pushing for answers, listen more deeply, and open to the possibilities life is offering us.
In the Tantric view, pratibhā is like a light that leads you onward. Sometimes that movement is felt as sensation or imagery. Sometimes it arrives as intuition or inner intelligence. Sometimes it feels like it comes from a mysterious beyond.
This concept is highly personal, so we'll take some time to explore it in ways that you can customize to your experience and worldview.
