One Step at a Time | Chair Yoga

In this gentle, grounding practice, we slow down and take things one step at a time. Using the steady support of the chair, we move with care and attention, pausing often to listen inwardly. Inspired by the Sanskrit concept of viveka—discernment or clear seeing—we explore how mindful movement can help us recognize what serves us and what gently asks to be released. This class invites you to practice choosing each next step with patience, presence, and trust.
