One Step at a Time | Chair Yoga
In this gentle, grounding practice, we slow down and take things one step at a time. Using the steady support of the chair, we move with care and attention, pausing often to listen inwardly. Inspired by the Sanskrit concept of viveka—discernment or clear seeing—we explore how mindful movement can help us recognize what serves us and what gently asks to be released. This class invites you to practice choosing each next step with patience, presence, and trust.

Restoring Some Faith in Humanity | Seated Meditation
🕯️ A steady return to the grounded, hopeful you.
People wearing you down? This gentle 15-minute meditation invites you to reconnect with the grounding presence of those who uplift and inspire you.
We’ll begin with a few intuitive movements before settling into stillness—anchored by breath and a spacious awareness of sound, thought, and sensation. You'll be guided through a calming variation of alternate nostril breathing, followed by a heart-centered visualization to reconnect with the supportive people in your life.
Inspired by the words of Dr. Will Cole—“Healed people heal people. Grounded souls center people.”—this practice is a reminder that tending to your own steadiness can ripple outward in powerful ways.
🫶 Perfect for winding down, resetting mid-day, or anytime you want to return to center with compassion.
Full Body Somatic Reset | Somatic Movement
A 60‑minute full-body somatic movement practice combining hip and spine mobilizations, breath-synchronized flows, and gentle standing transitions. This mindful movement class deepens body awareness, releases tension in neck/shoulders, and supports nervous system regulation. Ideal for stress relief, posture improvement, and mindful embodiment.
Soft Breath, Fierce Heart | Meditative Mat Flow
In this breath-led, meditative movement class, we begin by softening into sensation—inviting the breath to aerate whatever is present in the body, heart, and mind. Each pose is explored not as a shape to achieve, but as a feeling to inhabit, from the inside out.
As the breath expands, we make space. As the movement deepens, we listen closely. The flow gradually builds toward Warrior III—a shape that invites balance not only in the body, but in the self: a warrior who is both steady and tender, fierce and open-hearted.
Woven throughout is the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke, offering a contemplative rhythm:
“Let this darkness be a bell tower / and you the bell. As you ring, / what batters you becomes your strength.”
Come as you are. Let the breath move through you. Let your strength be shaped by softness.
Grounding Through Transition | Seated Meditation
This 15-minute guided meditation supports you through life’s messy middle—those uncertain moments of transition and transformation. Inspired by the words of Alice Walker, you’ll ground through change using breath, awareness, and reflection. Perfect for navigating endings, new beginnings, and everything in between.
