A Quiet Strength | Meditative Mat Flow
In this steady, grounding practice, we explore the meeting place of resilience and softness. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, you’ll be invited to strengthen from within — not through force, but through deep presence and care.
Move gently. Rest deeply. Root into the quiet strength that has always been yours.
Soft Breath, Fierce Heart | Meditative Mat Flow
In this breath-led, meditative movement class, we begin by softening into sensation—inviting the breath to aerate whatever is present in the body, heart, and mind. Each pose is explored not as a shape to achieve, but as a feeling to inhabit, from the inside out.
As the breath expands, we make space. As the movement deepens, we listen closely. The flow gradually builds toward Warrior III—a shape that invites balance not only in the body, but in the self: a warrior who is both steady and tender, fierce and open-hearted.
Woven throughout is the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke, offering a contemplative rhythm:
“Let this darkness be a bell tower / and you the bell. As you ring, / what batters you becomes your strength.”
Come as you are. Let the breath move through you. Let your strength be shaped by softness.
Move Toward What You Love | Meditative Mat Flow
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray." — Rumi
This class invites you to move with curiosity, presence, and trust—following the quiet inner call of what nourishes and steadies you. We'll begin with a gentle flow to connect breath and body, explore a few standing postures to cultivate balance and strength, and close with restorative shapes to soften and receive. Each movement becomes an invitation to listen deeply, to sense what you are being drawn toward, and to honor the wisdom that arises when you move with love at the center.
Embodied Inner Knowing | Meditative Mat Flow
This gentle, grounding practice invites you to move with awareness and attune to Pratibha—the deep, intuitive wisdom that lives within the body. Through meditative movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll explore how inner knowing can guide us gently and steadily, ever onward.
