10-Minute Self-Compassion Break | Chair Yoga

Inspired by the work of psychologist Dr. Kristen Neff, this quick chair practice helps you cope with tough moments when you need compassion. Maybe you got tough feedback, reacted with anger, or just plain messed up. These moments can be teachers and hold the possibility of helping us be more compassionate to ourselves and others. Serena will guide you in some chair yoga flows to release holding in the body and then a meditation (inspired by *Self Compassion* by Dr. Kristen Neff) to help you practice self-compassion on the spot.
